Walter was born in Nicaragua and raised in San Francisco, California. He spent 4 years in the U.S. Air Force. He enjoys his free time by relaxing in nature (by bodies of water or in the woods), watching sports while rooting for his favorite teams (S.F. 49ERS, S.J. Sharks, S.F. Giants, and G.S. Warriors), listening to music, playing video games, learning to play guitar and keyboard, meditating, and spending time with his family.
For Walter, the most inspiring part of being a massage therapist is being able to help people in pain take back control of their lives. With degrees in Massage Therapy and Health Education as well as Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy from the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, he is practiced and ready to help people feel like themselves again. Walter has experience working as a post-event sports massage therapist for the Nike Women’s Marathon and Oakland Fun Run, as well as a massage therapist for Massage Envy and Northbay Healthspring Fitness.
Walter is a very professional, compassionate, and passionate person. His punctuality, customer service, and attention to detail set him apart from the rest and help him provide the best care for you.
