Choosing A Massage

1. The Deep Tissue healing session is a focused type of massage designed to relieve muscle pain due to muscle tension caused by daily activities (work, exercise, childcare, etc.) or inactivity by massaging the anterior (front), posterior (back), lateral (outside), and medial (inside) muscles involved.

2. The Neuromuscular healing session is a focused type of massage designed to help you recover from an accident (workplace, home, motor vehicle, etc.) by massaging the anterior (front), posterior (back), lateral (outside), and medial (inside) muscles involved while taking into consideration how far along you are in the healing process and the recommendations given by your team of healthcare professionals (doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, etc.) and personal trainers.

3. The Sports healing session is designed to help you prepare for and/or recover from any sporting events/activities (marathons, sports, exercise, etc.) and help you reach your optimal performance during these activities events/activities through a focused and/or full body healing session before, during and/or after your events/activities.  Also includes therapeutic and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretches.

4. The Swedish healing session is a relaxing full body type of massage designed to improve blood circulation and increase the supply of nutrients and oxygen to your muscles.  Scalp, face, and abdominal massages are added to this session per your request.
